I have got a problem! Always when I unplug the cable and plug it in again I go to the cheats folder and EVERYTHING IN IT IS GONE!!!!!!! And whats a firmware?

The custom firmware is when you hack your battery and memorystick to hack your psp a certin way

Do you need Gta Vcs 18+ or does it work on a gta vcs 16+ which I got on my Memorystick (ISO/CSO)? I use 5.00m33-4.
