What is the best program for putting music on my psp and what steps do I need to take?

you can simply read the manual it tells how to make the folders to put things in them.
I have a PSP-3000 myself and I used limewire to download music but the program gave my computer a virus so I don’t suggest you use such a program.
in order to get the full expreince of the internet, also, you must have a really good memory card, the intrenet takes up alot of space.

for music you can get limewire here without a problem i have never gotten a virus from here
or if you want you can get frostwire
make sure its mp3 or wma or something like that and make a MUSIC folder at the root(home) of the memory stick and drag your music to the folder
to put pictures make a PICTURE folder at the root of the memory stick. now just drag your pictures to it. make sure its in something like .jpg or other picture format
