don’t know how to teleport to doctor dominon, but i can tell you that you can find cheat codes for just about any game for any system at. When you get to the site, just choose the system your game plays on, and then find the game. All the games are alphabetically; so, just click on ‘S’ and find Sims 2, then click on ‘codes’
