Go And Find A Saved Game File On the Internet. I Have a link to Gamespot Saved Game Section for GTA:LCS. Find One You Like, and Download it, then, just move it into your game folder on your computer, after you pop a USB Cable into it. When It asks you to overwrite, select yes. This Works For all other PSP Games too.
