I have a PSP and I love this game. Right now Im trying get all the cars and everything else. I notice that this will take a long time to do. So I am looking for some cheats.

i cant seem to get all the cars when i use the cheat code, the code is triangle circle X square up down then triangle. but for some reason whenever i go to the main menu and do it i still dont have all the cars
is there a cheat named "cars go on water" or anything like that?? for GTA Vice City Stories on PSP if there is a cheat like that can you tell me what it is or what site i can get it from please!! thank you =]
